Fiona Lee lives on her sheep farm with her family in Co. Leitrim. Previously she worked in hospitality and catering Management in London. On returning to Ireland she completed an Honours Degree in Psychology and worked for 10 years with the challenges of food and behaviour.
Today Fiona owns her own online Company www.FixitFood.com.
