After years working in a stressful media job, my digestive health was not good. After trying almost every supplement and treatment, I discovered bone broth. I set up Sadie’s Kitchen in late 2015 to launch Ireland and Europe’s first bone broth. Since then, I’ve grown the business into over 200 stores, including Dunnes and Supervalu, secured two investments in my company, won two start-up awards and begun exporting to NI.
